Privacy

I built ThisDay so that I never see your data. The short version:

• No account with me and no sign-up.
• No servers of mine. Your data is on your device and, if you turn on sync, in your own iCloud.
• No analytics, no crash telemetry, no ads and no tracking.

Your data

Everything you add is stored on your device. With iCloud sync on, it travels through your own iCloud to your other devices. It never reaches me, and I cannot read it.

On-device AI

SiriAI, Auto sort and planning from a sentence run on Apple Intelligence, on your device. What you ask and what it reads stay there.

Apple Health

Health data is read on your device, read-only, and only for the habits you link to it. ThisDay never writes to Health.

Shared categories

A shared category travels through iCloud sharing. Your profile name and photo are visible only to the people you share with.

Taking your data with you

Settings, Export your data saves everything as JSON, or your tasks, events, notes and voice notes as rows for Numbers or Excel.
